Yuri Plantagenet.

Yuri is the nominal leader of the Bloodletters and no one knows for sure why, but then he was the only one who wanted (?) to do it. A former member of the Knights of York (nee Slayers) and long time defender of those lands, his many battles against the demons plaguing York have taken their toll and many think him quiet mad. His disregard for personal safety and his lack of the ability to organise anything other than putting his socks on should make for a poor leader, but his expertise of diplomacy in the forms off stubbornness, badgering and bootlicking counter balance this. His generosity in the tavern and willingness to listen (to us telling him to shut up) ensures him a following until someone more capable takes over.

His prowess with the ladies is formidable, but to us it’s just a joke (Don Juan he ain’t) as he thinks he’s the worlds greatest lover/fighter. He is a legend at telling jokes, "tangerine for a head"(don’t ask!).

His greatest achievements to date are encouraging us to switch allegiance to the vipers and getting us work for the black tavern inn. For this we give him thanks. Hopefully he’ll survive and turn out to be a good leader or we may never leave the tavern.

 Recently his cousin Richard has returned to him. Yuri grieves for his cousin for he is quite mad. Yuri blames himself for what happened to Richard and tries to make things right.

Several months ago a unified group of like minded Bloodletters approached Yuri and demanded he step down as unit Commander. At first he refused calling them backstabbers and thankless. Wasn’t it he who led them here? and He who assured them a home amongst the Vipers?

After a while they grew restless of his rant and proceeded to inform him it was a group decision to do both. With a unified front against him Yuri acquiesced and stepped down only to demand that Belial take over, as Drakaris was dead and it was only proper that he take his brothers place.
